  • 250 grams paneer, cut into cubes

  • 3 large onions, sliced (divide into two portions)

  • 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped 

  • 2 green chilies,  and 2 Capsicum slice cutting 

  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala,salt

  • 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)

  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

  • Slice two onions thinly and chop the third one finely. Keep them separate.

  • Cut the paneer into cubes and Capsicum 

  • Finely chop the tomatoes.

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.

  • Lightly fry the paneer cubes until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
