๐ Ingredients for Paneer do Pyaza:
- 250 grams paneer, cut into cubes
- 3 large onions, sliced (divide into two portions)
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, and 2 Capsicum slice cutting
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala,salt
- 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
๐ฒ How to make Perfect Paneer Do Pyaza at home step - by- step Recipe:
- Slice two onions thinly and chop the third one finely. Keep them separate.
- Cut the paneer into cubes and Capsicum
- Finely chop the tomatoes.
Step 1. Fry the Paneer:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
- Lightly fry the paneer cubes until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Step 2. Cook the Onions:
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil.
- Add cumin seeds and bay leaf, and let them splutter.

- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.Tomatoes .

Step 4. Add Paneer and Onions:
- Add the fried paneer cubes and mix well.
- In a separate pan, heat the remaining oil and fry the thinly sliced onions until they are golden and slightly crispy. Add these to the paneer mixture.
Step 5. Final Touches:
- Add garam masala and crushed dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi).
- Season with salt to taste.
- Mix everything well and cook for another 5-7 minutes on low heat, allowing the flavors to blend together.Garnish and Serve .
